invites all students, faculty, and staff to join us in envisioning strategies for transforming CUNY’s food system. We believe our campus should reflect a student-centered food environment that prioritizes health, equity, and sustainability
During this virtual forum, we will explore the successes, learned lessons, and challenges of various campus food initiatives aimed to improve CUNY’s cafeterias and vending machines, food insecurity programs, waste and sustainability efforts, farms and gardens, and food workers’ rights.
Whether you are new to food justice and want to learn how to get involved, or you are already actively engaged in projects to improve CUNY’s food system, we invite everyone to contribute to this rich discussion. Please join us for this important conversation!
