Liv Collins has been a digital content specialist and communications assistant at CUNY’s Urban Food Policy Institute since May 2023. In this role, she primarily focuses on coordinating the institute’s forums and managing its newsletter. Liv also takes the lead in editing and maintaining the institute’s website while providing support to other team members on various projects.
