In celebrating food system scholarship at The City University of New York (CUNY) this month, the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute reached out to faculty, graduate students, and staff who have authored books, articles, book chapters, and other scientific publications in the domain of food systems, from field to fork, in the past year or so. We were not surprised to see the wealth and diversity of contributions that our CUNY community of thinkers, researchers, and academic activists has produced in 2019 and are excited to share them with you in this issue of CUNY Urban Food Policy Monitor.
